Curio offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

All content, software, and services provided through Curio are the property of Curio or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Curio uses third-party services such as Stripe for payments. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or your interactions with them.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Curio makes no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided by the AI system.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or via email. Your continued use of Curio after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
